Sorry, perhaps GS got wrong with what he wrote.
I think you added an extra end div tag at the main page which makes the foot links work in the un-CSS-ed way. Try arranging your template properly and check if there's any error.

You can't really detect it straight away but you'll have to rearrange them. It's in the templates.

I tried to locate the problem and check out every div but it seems like theirs no difference and dunno.
What would the problem look like why it turned out to be blue?

The footer on the homepage is different from the rest, probably it does not properly use the overall_footer.

problem solved.

Guys, the forums probably having an extra end tag that separates the footer to the main body. Perhaps it's cause of the statistics. Try checking it out. I'll leave this topic open.
