That? It's either title or jQuery, you can choose either one.
But I have to give a warning first. You can't have the exact same things as we have here on WD.

I'm not really sure about the CSS3 method (cause I've been not touching them for quite a while due to life issues, sorry).
Well then, you can have a reference on how to do the same with jQuery.

Just put on a title tooltip with html and edit it with css, easier than JQuery
