Just paste the whole code to your homepage message/templates

I'm using PHBB3, And it's already in my homepage message its that i want it to show up on every page.

Paste into an scrolling announcement.

Scrolling announcement dosn't fit with my theme, It mucks it up so i still require this ^^

Then find scrolling announcement in your CSS and add display: none;

You try separating your CSS and your HTML then. Add the style into your CSS. And the HTML in your homepage message.

That won't place it on all pages...

The only way to place this in all pages can only be done in PunBB or phpBB2. So your wish to have them throughout your forum is utterly crumbled under the boundary.

Thats not css its Css mixed with HTML lol
Even though i dont really know forumotion paste it to your forum description.

Maybe an cookie could do this... If we set an jQuery cookie plugin to this.. thing.. we might make it stick on all paths of your domain?

what will happen if u add in ur announcements?
