Hello all,
I am not experienced at Javascript or Jquery yet so please bear with me. Wink To begin with, I have found this "Scroll to Top" by Matt Varone here. I have put the three scripts into my Overall_footer. I placed the CSS into the correct destination. Now, how would I put it all together? I know that I have to link those to the image...

I'd suggest you don't place the scripts in the Overall_footer but make a page for them with the JavaScript page management in the ACP.
Css should stay where it is, upload the image somewhere and link it to that in the css.
Now you go to the footer.
Place this code of the html in the header of the Footer

   <!-- jquery -->
   <script src="LINK TO jquery-1.3.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
   <!-- easing plugin ( optional ) -->
   <script src="LINK TO easing.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
   <!-- UItoTop plugin -->
   <script src="LINK TO  jquery.ui.totop.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

   <script type="text/javascript">
      $(document).ready(function() {
         var defaults = {
              containerID: 'moccaUItoTop', // fading element id
            containerHoverClass: 'moccaUIhover', // fading element hover class
            scrollSpeed: 1200,
            easingType: 'linear'
         $().UItoTop({ easingType: 'easeOutQuart' });
And than it should work as i cannot find something else in the html

What do you mean as in linking the image to css? I am trying to figure out how lol. Would I place the image's link in HTML then use css? I put this in the Overall_Header in the bottom.

<img src="" id="toTop" />

The image is inside the css, it should say "background-image" somewhere
